The World Affairs Forum hosts a number of events throughout the season. Whether you’re interested in meeting leaders with inside knowledge of world events, participating in lively discussions, or just networking with a diverse group of professionals in a relaxed atmosphere, you’re sure to find a venue that will excite you. With more pundits inundating the media each day, first-hand knowledge and face-to-face conversation is more valuable than ever. The Ambassadors’ Roundtable series connects members to high-level policy makers, CEOs, ambassadors and think-tank experts.

Great Decisions

We offer this FREE series as part of our commitment to engage our community in global issues that affect us all.

Two programs are held at the Norwalk Library in the fall, and two are held at Greenwich Library in the spring.

Prominent speakers are chosen based on a set of critical global issues selected annually by the Foreign Policy Association.

First Mondays

First Mondays

On the first Monday of every month, a maximum of 20 members gather for an informal discussion of a global issue. Join us to socialize and discuss the issues of the day while enjoying beer, wine, hot food and a light dessert.

WorldQuest

Annual Fundraiser Dinner & International Trivia Game

Join us for an evening full of action and fun by creating or joining a team that can answer multiple choice questions on current global affairs. Broaden your horizons and meet people that care about global awareness. The evening includes: open bar, dinner, silent auction and raffle prizes.
